Get Started:

  • Place a product in your cart and choose the "Customer Pickup - Covina, CA" shipping option
  • Complete your order.
  • Wait to receive an order confirmation email that verifies that we've received your order.

How to Pick-Up:

  • Go to Bert's Mega Mall: 1151 N Azusa Ave, Covina CA 91722
  • Enter the Parts & Accessories Department.
  • Go to the Cashier Station. Show proof of your order and identity. 

Don't Forget These Things:

  • Your state-issued photo ID.
  • Your order number (found in email).
  • The credit card used for the purchase. Please make sure the person picking up the order is the person named on the purchasing credit card.
  • If you only used a gift card for your purchase, just bring your ID and order number.
